About our cakes and us
We are a very caring company who realises the importance of your celebration cake and we take pride in the quality of our cakes.  We will ensure that your cake is a stunning centre piece for your wedding or party.  All of our wedding and celebration cakes are home baked and contain only quality ingredients bought as locally as possible.  We buy free range eggs from our local farm - only a few minutes away and where ever possible we try to use Fairtrade products.

 We offer a range of flavours to tempt you

• Classic vanilla sponge cake with strawberry jam and buttercream filling. 
  
• Almond Bakewell cake with lashings of cherry jam and cream filling flavoured with almond.  This cake can be drizzled with Amaretto liqueuer to make it extra special and instead of the cream being infused with almond flavouring Amaretto can be added to this too.
  
• Strawberries and cream a lovely moist cake with buttercream and real strawberry filling. 
  
• Milk Chocolate a chocoholics dream with rich chocolate filling.  

• Luscious lemon sponge flavoured with real lemon zest and juice with lemon cheese filling and lemon buttercream with lemon zest.

• Chocolate orange with chocolate orange cream filling made with fresh orange zest and orange juice.  This cake can be drizzled with cointreau to make it extra special.

• Orange cake with orange cream filling again made with orange zest and juice and again can be drizzled with cointreau syrup to make it taste extra orangey.

• Chocolate and vanilla marble cake (looks great when cut into slices!).  Even the milk chocolate and vanilla cream fillings are marbled too! 

• White chocolate cake with white chocolate cream filling and white chocolate chips to add extra flavour and texture.

• Cappuccino cake with baileys cream and maltesers. This is a lovely cake flavoured with baileys and fresh coffee and has real maltesers in the centre.

• Our rich fruit cake is made following Grandma's old recipe and is packed with brandy soaked dried and candied fruits, lots of lovely nuts and is matured and fed regularly to make sure it is lovely and moist!
  
  We have just introduced a new range of cakes that are drizzled with your favourite liqueuer (cointreau, amaretti, limoncello or baileys to name a few). 

These are just a selection of the cakes available - please ask if you have a favourite that is not listed!! 

We also  cater for special dietary requirements - please ask for details.

Individually designed

All of our cakes are individually designed to suite your requirements.  Any of the designs in our website can be adapted into one cake to provide you with a unique Party Cake.  We also have many other pictures of cakes for you to browse through to help you decide on your very own special design.
